Brum, Brum, Brum

I'm all revved up but not quite ready to go...
Heading off to the Birmingham International Comics Show this weekend... if you see me around say "Hi", I'll be floating thereabouts on both days.

I'm going to be hawking my samples around and I'll have a few other bits with me too - probably some preliminary stuff for the next Taormina episodes...

So I won't post again until I get back as I'll be too busy.

If you want to meet me there, please leave a comment here.

All the best o'wise Levell of the Southern Shires, and take with you good will into the wilderness of Birmingham, may you return with the riches of old.

How curious, Phil. The shire is actually in Brum and I live a minute's walk away from the old river and mill that Tolkien used to play in. I shall have to show you if possible. Good luck at the convention!

Fol-de-rol O Kev Underspinneyhill. Good luck on your journey, hope you slay a dragon and bring back some gold! Hi Qualia, interesting, I never knew Tolkien was a Brummy. That gives me a whole new voice in my head for when I reread the Hobbit :) Hail O'Phil, of Berkinshire! Hope you enjoyed the travel book...Tolkien could take a page out of Bowie's book when it come's to the songs though I think :) (Sorry for hijacking the post Kev :)

Merrilly I shall take you up your kind offer my good Qualia, 'tis not not so far from Birkinshire, once over the Mountains of Cotswold. (Most humble apologies to the kind Mr Levell for using his posting as the village inn)

Yep, even the two towers are in Brum. See the following for more. Ok Kev, will stop now, x
