Matt and Phil have done their versions of the Giraffe in our not-so-regular warping of various creatures.
Here's my effort - a quick sketch with an almost alien vibe, but it feels too similar to our existing Earth species to really qualify as 'twisted'... Giraffe, or JarJar, you decide...
In other news, a thread was started about me on the 2000ad forum... I'm touched and humbled by some very kind comments that I shall endeavour to deserve!

He's BRILLIANT! I love it when I see you do stuff like this. You've got such a great sense of humour. He looks like a giraffe that's been given an Instant Mutation Hormone by suppository.
As for the thread on 2000AD Online, well, you're certainly a popular guy. Lets hope the truth about the trained pygmy marmosets in your cellar, that do all your work for you, doesn't get out.
Oops (mwa ha ha har).
tres cool. i particularly like that he looks as if he could be living underwater as a kind of giraffe/seashorse mix.
all three of your giraffes were great and excellent candidates for:

It's a real beauty Kev! Quite a defiant stance yet with a puzzled tongue :) The word verification for this is "bledster" so instead of Jar Jar how about a new subspecies of Giraffe, Bledster's Giraffe...? Sounds like the name of a victorian game hunter and naturalist that documented the last totally unique member of a dead end in giraffe evolution then shot, stuffed and mounted it for posterity! Onward and upward with these weird creatures sir!
That's awesome...so much personality you can see it move...and great job on the legs with the structural detail...
